Oak, cherry and walnut rocking horse in residential interior with antique bronze ceiling
Interior designed and built by BTA

The raw metal ceiling sheets were stamped by a local fabricator and finished by BTA with 16 coats of hand rubbed enamel. The oak, cherry and walnut rocking horse is based on a popular design that resides in the public domain; BTA made several subtle design changes to enhance the aesthetic, function and durability of the object.

• This frame is made of African mahogany with satin maple marquetry and mat. Size: W25"X H31" (~63cmX79cm)
• This grill is made of red oak harvested and milled on site at BTA. Size: W15"X H8" (~38cmX20cm)
• This door knocker is currently in design, but will be made of white bronze and ipé. Size: W6"X H7" (~15cmX18cm)
